1. When you hear about sex crime, how do you feel about sex offenders and victims?
  
I feel really sorry when I hear about sex crime.. We should protect victims more effectively 'cause sex is one of the most sensitive parts of our life. Sex crime would influence the victim's life a lot.
2. Because our 'sex crime penalty law' is very tolerant, this sex crime occurs
    repeatedly. Then, in your opinion, 'Electronic Bracelets system' is effective to prevent sex crime?
Korean law about sex crime is tolerent compared to other countries. Due to that reason, sex crime occurs repeatedly. I'm sure electronic bracelets system is effective. I heard, in some countries, electronic bracelets system is being used already and they have proved it is effective.   
3. Do you agree with Electronic Bracelets system? If you so or not, why?
I agree with it. Soem say that applying the system would harm sex offenders' freedom so it can spoil people's basic rights. But sex crime tends to occur repeatedly so we need to limit their rights to protect the majority. It is the way that we can protect more predictable victims.
4. Except electronic bracelets system, is there any way to prevent sex criminal?
We can educate all people about sex and redcue sex crime..
