Let's begin discussion on the use of cell phones in Korea. Everyone in Korea, from young to old and from business executives(간부들) to elementary school students, seems to carry around cell phones these days. This craze has gotten so extreme(지나친) that there are cell phone stores lined up(늘어서 있다) side by side(줄지어) selling the same phones everywhere you go. You may ask, 'how did this all begin?' Well, you can say that the cell phone revolution began with the use of pagers(호출기). People were able to keep track of(알기 시작했다) each other with pagers, and as technology soared, people started seeing the convenience of cell phones. They embraced this technology, and now they can't seem to let it go(놓다. 놔두다). There are even people who no longer have landlines(유선전화) for their homes, choosing to have only cell phones as a means of communication. Furthermore, downloading movies and music videos to cell phones have become the trend with newer styles, making it convenient and entertaining at the same time.
